DISCOVERY ZONES

(SELF-AWARENESS)


DISCOVERY ZONES have a centralised theme focused around growing and embracing your self-awareness.   This is coaching that is powerfully personalised to you. It is not a training course. I am here provide direction, thought provocation and facilitation.


ZONE OF BALANCE - You will gain clarity, perspective and a focus on bringing greater balance to your everyday life.

 

Ahead of your session I will send you a Life Evaluation Sheet for you to complete and share. During your session we will further explore what is ‘balance’ and what balance means to you. We then explore how alignment looks for you right now through looking at key areas of your life, how you would like it to look, what stands in the way and what you can do to bring better balance.

 

You will create a minimum of 3 powerful actions that you will take away from your session. These will allow you to bring quick and practical improvements focused on your life/work balance.

 

Session Duration - 50 Minutes


ZONE OF BOUNDARIES - you will explore boundaries and how to use these to protect your time, energy and resources.


We will start by understanding boundaries, the habit of saying ‘Yes’ and what is people pleasing. Then we explore what this means to you, how it helps you and how it hinders you. We will explore how boundaries show up for you and then unpick these, to see if/how you can define your boundaries and protect these from others, whilst mastering the art of saying ‘No’.

 

You will leave the session feeling more self-empowered and have greater clarity around boundaries plus practical techniques to bring these into action.

 

Session Duration - 55 Minutes


ZONE OF GENIUS - we get immersive and unashamedly focused on you. 


We will uncover who you genuinely are, what your greatest strengths are and what lies at the heart of your passions and how you focus your energy. We then explore this insight, see where it weaves together and how you can harness this understanding to make you stronger, happier and more impactful. 


Towards the end of this session I will collate my thoughts, notes and intuition and you will listen while I powerfully playback your Zone of Genius. After your session I will email this over for you to adapt, review, share and use.


Session Duration - 50 Minutes


ZONE OF FUTURE - you slow down, pause and take a fresh look forward.

 

We will start by defining the timeframe and then fast forwarding, taking off the shackles, being open-minded and getting creative to explore the possibilities. Then return back to the reality of now in order to understand what lies the way, what is holding you back. Then we take a pragmatic and practical exploration of how you can make this desired future achievable.

 

You are likely to leave with a handful of powerful actions that you will take away from your session. These will enable you to turn the visions of your future into a reality.

 

Session Duration - 55 Minutes


ZONE OF PURPOSE - you will step back and we will go more deeply into your inner self.


We will explore what is purpose, raison d’etre, and ikigai – then we will go into exploring what these mean to you. We then breakdown the topic of purpose and explore various elements of this, before weaving the threads back together. We look at this through the lens of you – personally and professionally and we will discuss some practical thoughts, tools and techniques to bring purpose to life for you.


During the session you will start the creation of your Purpose Statement. This will give you a central pillar around which you will be able to further reflect and refine your personal view of your purpose.


Session Duration - 55 Minutes


ZONE OF REFLECTIONS - we will stop and pause to explore deeply around the themes of self-reflecting.


We will start big – with your life lessons, and I will push your thinking hard here. Then we will understand if, when and how you currently reflect on your day, week, month or year – both personally and professionally. We will explore how you can look back, how you can you look forward, what you can reflect on and how you might be able to harness this insight for growth of yourself and others.


During the session you will start crafting a bullet-pointed list of your Life Lessons. You will also create a Reflection Plan which will include your immediate thoughts and intentions for how you may practically bring reflection into your work/home life in a sustainable and powerful way.


Session Duration - 55 Minutes


ZONE OF VALUES - we will slow down and step back to who you deeply are and what is truly important to you.

 

We will explore what is meant by a ‘value’ and quickly start exploring what are you values. We will then stay with your selected shortlisted value words and go a layer or two deeper – to see what they mean and how/where they merge. From there we will extract your core and dominant values before interrogating each one for what it means to you personally. We will see where these values show up in your life and where they don’t – and how you may be able to live in closer alignment.

 

You will leave the session with you own list of your Core Values – along with accompanying definitions behind what each of these mean to you. These are for you to reflect, adapt, refine and bring to life in practical and immediate way.
