INTENSITY is deeply powerful coaching for Leaders and Executives. Dynamic coaching sessions focussed on creating direct, and sustainable impact where and when it is needed.


Intensity is inexcusably laser focussed personalised coaching around your developmental needs and/or your desired outcomes. During a series of deep, intense and powerful coaching sessions we explore what is holding you back, plus what is driving you forward to provide clarity so that you can create direct and sustainable change.

With Intensity we quickly get fully immersive in a safe coaching space to bring powerful and fast change around your objectives.


I will ask powerful questions and listen deeply beyond the things you are saying. I will challenge your mindset, perceptions, negative thoughts, habits, and unconscious bias.


I work with Executives and Senior Leaders, across a diverse range of industries plus cover a multitude of areas of job function and specialities.

I am non-judgemental and bring an impartial perspective and a neutral sounding board for your thoughts, ideas, challenges and issues.


Many of my Intensity clients are sponsored by their employer. In these instances, I actively encourage a Triad Connection Call. These calls enable the Client, the Sponsor and the Coach to be aligned with a shared understanding.


THE COACHING SPACE  - I create a personalised and powerful Coaching Space shaped around each Coachee. It is inside this space is where the coaching impact happens.

COACHING THEMES  - I embrace three core coaching themes which filter into the Coaching Space. These themes are led by the Coachee and they provide direction, focus and intention for each coaching session.


  • DEVELOPMENT (Professional & Personal)
  • SELF AWARENESS (Insights & Discovery)
  • OPEN SPACE (Emergent & Reflective)


A session often focuses on more than 1 of these sub themes.

DEVELOPMENT


  • PROFESSIONAL - Development needs shared openly by the Sponsor, plus may include 360° reviews, performance reviews, job specs, performance management, etc. The development needs as identified by the Coachee can be woven into our exploration.
  • PERSONAL - Development needs, real situational examples, stories, challenges, dynamics shared by the Coachee, plus exploration of their feelings, mindset and beliefs around these. The development needs can merge between home and work life.


SELF AWARENESS

  • INSIGHTS - Exploration of how to harness insights for growth of the Coachee (or the Team). This awareness may come from Personality or Psychometric insights tools such as; Myers Briggs (MBTI), Strengths Finder, DISc and Insights, etc.
  • DISCOVERY - Exploration to gain a deeper, richer understanding of the Coachee, who they are, how they feel, how they can harness this for growth. This self-awareness can also be selected from my Discovery Zone themes.


OPEN SPACE (One-to-One clients only)

  • EMERGENT - Enabling a totally open, organic and unstructured coaching space to allow the Coachee to explore. This open space allows them freedom for ideation, safe 
  • REFLECTIVE - Enabling a space in which the Coachee can slow down or pause so that they can look back and look forward. The open space allows them time to deeply reflect and use this reflection for strength.

Intensity ‘Revolve’ is a service only available to my previous Clients. Revolve is a regular dedicated time for you each quarter. It allows you to check-in, pause, reflect and powerfully refocus. This is charged the same as Intensity 4.
