A brief message from me...
In my work, I am a Coach, Thinking Partner and Critical Friend
I have 30-years’ experience of working for a number of organisations (including 13 years as CEO). During this time I also founded a market research company that I scaled to become a top 10 UK agency, which I sold in 2018.
Selling my business enabled me to focus on myself, drive purposeful change and it allowed me to bring greater balance to my life. After the sale I created Future Mindset Ltd, my coaching practice so I could concentrate on what I loved doing and what I was great at doing - coaching.
I have a strong association with the International Coaching Federation (the world’s leading coaching body). I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an ICF Advanced Certified Team Coach and an Accredited Transformative Life Coach.
To date, I have coached over 3,500 sessions and have supported over 500 coachees. My coaching qualifications are further reinforced with my MBA, plus each year I significantly invest, in my continued development, supervision and mentoring.

My coaching discussions typically align around seven themes. These are less about technical skills and more about how leaders think, behave, and influence others.

MY COACHING APPROACH
I coach the ‘whole person’ and I weave together Executive and Life coaching.
My work is shaped around you and sometimes I will take you backwards, in order to move you forwards. You can expect a non-judgemental perspective, un-compromised support, inquisitive challenge and a neutral sounding board for your thoughts and ideas.
In a safe thinking space, we go head-first into the obstacles and boundaries that stand in your way. I will challenge mindsets, perceptions, negative automatic thoughts, habits and unconscious biases.
I introduce tools, approaches, and techniques to be enable meaningful and sustainable change.

(RETAINED COACHING)
MASTERY is a retained service for Executives. This is for senior leaders who want a safe space to talk, need challenge and uncompromised ongoing support from a thinking partner who is always on their side.
TRANSPARENCY & SIMPLICITY
I never start an engagement until all parties are in agreement towards the price and specification of the work. This website contains my pricing so there will be no surprises.
For all Clients, I take control of the planning, administration and management around a coaching engagement. I intend to make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible for my Clients and my Coachees.
