I support Clients globally by delivering impactful One-to-One Coaching and Team Coaching solutions.


I create a personalised and powerful Coaching Space shaped around each Client. It is inside this space is where the coaching impact happens.

In my work, I am a Coach, Thinking Partner and Critical Friend

After a ‘successful’ career, including founding, scaling and selling a top 10 UK market research agency, I wanted to concentrate more on what I love doing and what I was best at doing. 


I wanted to work directly with people to help bring positive change… plus have fun along the way.


This is why I created Future Mindset. 


I have a strong professional alignment with the International Coaching Federation.


I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach [ICF-PCC] and I am also an ICF Advanced Certified Team Coach [ICF-ACTC] - globally, there are only 347 coaches who have achieved this level of accreditation.


My coaching experience is further reinforced with my MBA, over 25 years of senior level business experience (including 13 years as a CEO), plus I invest significantly in my continued development.


My Clients will have one (or a combination) of needs which directs the focus of their coaching.

My coaching practice enables me to bring my own Philosophy, Approach and Style to my work. I coach the ‘whole person’ (or ‘whole team’) and I weave together Business and Life coaching.


My work is shaped around my Coachee’s unique blend of situation, perspectives, needs, personalities and desired outcomes. Sometimes I take Coachees backwards, in order to move them forwards.


We go head-first into the obstacles and boundaries that stand in the way. I will challenge mindsets, perceptions, negative automatic thoughts, habits, and unconscious biases. I will introduce tools, approaches, and techniques to be enable meaningful and sustainable change.

I am transparent in my pricing. I never start an engagement until all parties are in agreement towards the price and specification of the work. This website contains my pricing so there will be no surprises.


For all Clients, I take control of the planning, administration and management around a coaching engagement. I intend to make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible for my Clients and my Coachees.
