Designing my own coaching practice enabled me to incorporate my own Philosophy, Approach and Style to my work. My work is shaped around the unique blend of your situation, needs, perspective, personality and desired outcomes. 


I am non-judgemental, I will ask powerful questions and encourage self-reflection. I will utilise my intuition and I listen deeply beyond your words to disrupt your thinking - to open up new possibilities for you (or your team).

We go head-first into the obstacles and boundaries that stand in the way. I will challenge mindsets, perceptions, negative automatic thoughts, habits, and unconscious biases. I will introduce tools, approaches, and techniques to be enable meaningful and sustainable change.

I weave together Business and Life coaching. I coach the ‘whole person’ (or ‘whole team’) and sometimes I will take you backwards, in order to move forwards.
