In my work, I am a Coach, Thinking Partner and Critical Friend
I have 30-years’ experience of working for a number of organisations (including 13 years as CEO). During this time I also founded a market research company which I scaled to become a top 10 UK agency, which I sold in 2018.
Selling my business enabled me to focus on myself, drive purposeful change and it allowed me to bring greater balance to my life. After the sale I created Future Mindset Ltd, my coaching practice so I could concentrate on what I loved doing and what I was great at doing.
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an ICF Advanced Certified Team Coach and an Accredited Transformative Life Coach.
I have a strong association and alignment with the International Coaching Federation (the world’s leading coaching body). My coaching qualifications are further reinforced with my MBA, plus I invest significantly each year, in my continued development.

MY COACHING APPROACH
I coach the ‘whole person’ and I weave together Business and Life coaching.
My work is shaped around my your unique blend of situation, perspectives, needs, personalities and desired outcomes. Sometimes I will take you backwards, in order to move forwards.
You will receive a non-judgemental perspective, un-compromised support and a neutral sounding board for your thoughts and ideas. I provide support, challenge and a safe thinking space.
We go head-first into the obstacles and boundaries that stand in the way. I challenge mindsets, perceptions, negative automatic thoughts, habits and unconscious biases. I will introduce tools, approaches, and techniques to be enable meaningful and sustainable change.

INTENSITY is a series of between 4 and 10 coaching sessions. These are deeply powerful, highly focused and fast paced coaching for Leaders and Executives.
MASTERY
(RETAINED EXECUTIVE SUPPORT)
MASTERY is my annual retained service for Executives. This is for those who want uncompromised support and want to invest in their own development.
CORPORATE

CORPORATE coaching is for organisations who genuinely want to invest in their talent. Each engagement is uniquely shaped around the business and it's people.
TRANSPARENCY & SIMPLICITY
I never start an engagement until all parties are in agreement towards the price and specification of the work. This website contains my pricing so there will be no surprises.
For all Clients, I take control of the planning, administration and management around a coaching engagement. I intend to make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible for my Clients and my Coachees.
